A ThresholdStack robotics build

Your robot can already walk the building. Now it can read it.

BoltOS is a bolt-on payload that turns a robot dog into an autonomous inspection and 3D-capture unit. It walks the site, sees everything, and sends the data to the cloud over 5G. No clipboard. No operator on site. No one climbing a ladder to photograph a rooftop unit.

First 25 backers save $1,000 on the launch. We are building in public.

Demo footage of payload #1 goes here

One payload. The whole capture problem.

BoltOS reads a building the way a good inspector would, and never forgets to write it down.

Sees the building

Stereo depth, 360° capture, and onboard perception run on a Jetson Orin NX. BoltOS maps a space and inspects equipment as the robot walks, not from a photo someone remembered to take.

Sends the data live

A built-in 5G link streams what the robot sees straight to your dashboard. The record updates itself instead of sitting in a PDF that is stale the day it is filed.

Runs on your robot

BoltOS is robot-agnostic. Mount it on the quadruped you already own. One payload, whichever platform you run.

Three steps from bare robot to live data

Clip it on

BoltOS mounts to a Go2-class robot in minutes.

Send it walking

Assisted today, fully autonomous as the software matures. The capture is the same either way.

Read the data

Live building data lands in the cloud over 5G, ready to act on.

We did not start this on a whiteboard.

Payload #1 is built and running. BoltOS is that hardware, packaged so you can put it to work. We build in public, and we will show you the weeks that go well and the ones that do not.

  • Jetson Orin NX onboard compute
  • Stereo depth + 360° capture
  • Live 5G telemetry to the cloud
  • Robot-agnostic mount

Back it early, get in cheaper

The kit is the payload, not the robot. Mount it on the quadruped you own. A limited number of fully assembled units will be available for backers who want it ready to run.

Questions

Do I need a robot?

BoltOS is the payload, not the robot. It mounts on a Go2-class quadruped you own. A small number of fully assembled units will be available for backers who want it ready to run.

When does it ship?

Reward timelines are set at the Kickstarter launch. Back the campaign and you lock your place in the first production run.

What can it actually do today?

Payload #1 is built and sensing works: onboard perception, stereo depth, 360° capture, and a live 5G link. Full self-walking autonomy is still tuning, and inspection and capture run in assisted mode in the meantime.

Who is behind it?

ThresholdStack, a Maryland company building the data-capture layer for the built environment. Real software shipping to real clients, now with the robot hardware to match.
